This is, in fact, a collection of games that were previously developed for Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo DS, which means you'll be able to access all of them outside of the confines of a single platform. Downloading and installing the games isn't much of a hassle, they all come packaged in one large file. All of the games can be accessed from your 3DS' home menu, and the collection is engineered to be cross-compatible. Have fun!
This isn't the first game in the series to be released for the 3DS, but it is the first one remade for a home console. Again, the game follows Robot Wants Ice Cream, building upon its predecessor with all sorts of new features. Ice Cream is able to scuttle around in levels and over bridges, and attacks are handled by headbutting and belly-bumping. The 3DS version also proves capable of loading games much quicker than previous games in the series (the original was often non-responsive with a sizable load time), and there are a few new abilities that will help players with platforming and controls.
Only one month after the release of March's Robot Wants Ice Cream, Ice Cream follows in its footsteps. For the second game in the series, Robot is now capable of soaring over land (via water, of course) and can even fly through the air. Introduced are new power-ups such as the \"Super Jump\" and \"Rocket Pounce.\" Not only that, but Ice Cream has a great sense of humor with a custom tongue system and pop-up save system that's reminiscent of Crash Bandicoot's.
The game has a fine pace, with lots of action every few seconds and a great deal of control over your canine companion. Made to resemble banana bread, the first thing you'll notice is the soft shape of the anthropomorphic robot dog you play as. Your most recognizable feature is your \"doggie ears\" though, which are a must. You can't enter the game without them, so be sure to get yourself a few sets while you dig in. 7211a4ac4a
